Refund policy

Returns

Our return policy is good for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that there are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

If you are returning your items from the USA, please be sure to select 'Returned Goods' on any customs forms when sending items back to us. Please note that if we are charged any customs fee's on returned items from the USA, those fee's will be deducted from your total refund amount. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and has passed inspection, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please allow approximately 3-5 business days for the funds to be deposited back to your account once the refund has been processed.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

100 Ways is not responsible for any return shipping fees. The customer is responsible for paying any and all return shipping costs as well as customs fee's if shipping outside of Canada. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.
